Beautiful Self Catering cottages in Saddleworth

Diggle House Farm

Set in glorious countryside on the moorside on the northern most tip of the Peak District National Park, and on the route of the Pennine Way, Diggle House Farm offers three Self Catering Cottages, (sleeping 2, 3 & 4) All are 4 Star, sleeping up to 9 in total.

Located within striking distance of the Yorkshire Dales, West Yorkshire and Derbyshire, the farm is also only 45 minutes away from the bustling metropolis of Manchester and Leeds.

With excellent "green" technology, this is a great opportunity to stay in beautiful, traditional accommodation on a working farm, (and Riding School), but also enjoy the home comforts of underfloor heating, solar electricity, rainwater harvesting and hot water supplied from pipes laid within the ground.

Outside are dedicated patios and gardens in which you can sit and relax, enjoying breathtaking views of the Saddleworth valley and moorland. There is ample allocated parking.

Locally there are many festivals and traditions, and the area is rich with walking and cycling routes. There are many amenities for children with parks and adventure playgrounds within the village, and local shops, Post Office and pubs are approximately one mile away from the farm.

Each Cottage is different in size, but all are the same in quality and location. Whether you are single and looking for peace and tranquility, a couple looking for a romantic bolthole for a cosy break away together or a family looking for fun for the kids, (and more peace for Mum and Dad!), Diggle House Farm is the place for you!
